In 2013, GyrOptics firstly founded as a startup company by a group of young academics and academy graduates from well-known Turkish universities. The startup focus on commercialization of its founders’ researchers in the field of Fiber Optic Gyroscopes. Today the company have several active R&D projects about FOGs and IMUs. The company office and facility is located in Istanbul to take advantage of its neighboring universities.
